Hand made porcelain mugs with brush-stroke detail, by Adam Frew.

“Traditional Eastern forms inspire me, but spontaneity as a means of personal expression is key to my work. The exuberant action of throwing is enhanced by mark making, which is intuitive and relating to form or sometimes part of a personal narrative.”

  • Hand made in porcelain
  • Individually decorated by hand so every one is unique
  • 90mm diameter x 95mm high (all sizes are approximate as these are hand made items and sizes may vary slightly)

Adam Frew is based in rural Northern Ireland. He makes functional porcelain tableware and large decorative one-off pots. The Harley Gallery Shop regularly stocks his work and he has had two solo exhibitions at The Harley Gallery - Form and Function in 2018, and Drawing and Pots in 2013.
